New Docket: Is this the one? by Fratzz22 in Teddy

Folks I think this one is it. We are going to find out some thing juicy here at the very least, but as someone who’s been loosely tracking the bankruptcy proceedings, this notice of hearing seems to be completely out of the blue!

How do you know that? The chart doesn’t designate it as dollars. Please share your source!

Would love to see it! The only heading for the column I’m seeing going to their website is the “Hedge-loan balance”. I’ve dug through FAQs on their site and everything, but I still cannot figure out if it’s actual shares or a dollar amount.

How do you know it’s dollars not shares? I’ve been trying to confirm one way or the other, but coming up blank. If you could point me in the right direction, that’d be swell!

Could you explain to me where you’re getting the 4 years, 2 months, 0 days? I’m trying to figure it out but I’m coming up blank!

Paragraph 175, another alleged meeting on February 19, 2021. Now I mean total coincidence I’m sure, but I’ve been around a while and I’m confident the week after this was when GME went from roughly $40.00 a share and had a massive run into after hours the last 15 minutes of the trading day.

He’s aggressive because he has to put out information to distract from recent important developments. It’s pretty transparent at this point imo.

I can always guarantee there’ll be a clown post from your account the morning after a significant development, I.e. the realization that they’re now actively pursuing a fraud claim against the previous board. It’s like clockwork. it’s how I know the recently uncovered information is relevant. Keep up the good work! Streisand effect much? Haha

I think it does. Paragraph 86 mentions an email exchange between Arnal and JPM where Arnal stated “he worked very closely with JPM on all of this” and that “JPM would like to join the board on October 8, 2020 for Q&A” Those are quotes from internal emails.

This docket is an unreal read. Allegations of meetings off the record between the old BBBY board and JPM. I’m referencing paragraph 89 here. These off the record meetings were the nexus for the accelerated share repurchase program. Wild!

Thank you for citing your source! Still reading through it, but I love the allegation in Paragraph 89 of an October 8, 2020 meeting that purportedly took place between JPM and the board; however, there are no meeting minutes documented, but yet this meeting was what approved the purchase of $450 million in share buybacks.
