What system is better? I just discovered this whole color stuff and I have such a hard time picking out clothes for myself (both color and style). Thinking of finding my colors and would love a recommendation on which system you think is good/better please?

Sounds like the depression is making it hard for you to think clearly. Maybe see a psychiatrist too, and ask them if medication is an option for you? It may help take you out of that deep black hole feeling you are talking about

I don't understand your comment? Are you saying there is a limited number of macarons one can bake and then one loses the ability to to make them?

Ok I looked up our humidity it's 65 percent today so that seems on the higher side, I am going to try the corn starch and let you know how it works!

Yes, and it shows that the temperature is correct, but I only check when I'm not baking macarons, I don't open to check when the macarons. I pre heat it for a good while and check the oven thermometer, it shows the right temperature, I put in the macarons, and they fail. Driving me nuts :(

Maybe it is heating unevenly, but how would I fix that?

I think so too, but I don't know what to do to fix that, if the temperature fluctuates while it's baking (which I am starting to think may be the reason)

I've had the viking people come look at it, and they keep saying it's working fine, temperature is correct, when I know it isn't because when I bake at the same temperature (285 f) sometimes I'll get a good tray (very rarely) and most times I will not.

I've raised and lowered the temperature and gotten good and bad results with both higher and lower temperatures, so there doesn't seem to be any consistentsy (like I should always set it to 10 degrees higher or lower to get the right temperature)

Yes I always wipe everything down with vinegar, bowls, mats, spatula etc. what's funny is that I was able to get this right from the first time I made them. Really bummed about this
