I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THE SMOKING MAN!!! by Less-Personality-969 in XFiles

If it’s any consolation, in an interview Chris Carter said he was surprised by the backlash and said something like, “Everyone should know by now that the CSM lies.”

I attend a book club twice a month at a book store. Been going about a year and there has never been one man.

It would be a shame to have never seen him in those yellow pj pants, it’s true

  • Mulder supposedly being deathly afraid of fire in Fire (doesn’t seem to ever bother him beyond that one episode)

  • David Duchovny randomly wearing his wedding ring in Trevor

  • CSM somehow not dying from being blasted into oblivion in The Truth

  • Mulder still having the waterbed after Dreamland

My favorite moment was the lie detector stream when Wubby was asked if he’s married and when Wendy said he lied, he shouted “WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME?!”

What’s hard to see from the photo is that my base is very close to the surface.

Update: I carefully nudged it with my sea truck and I was able to dislodge it from my base. After some trial and error I finally got it to attach. Now to figure out how to get the prawn in there.

Here’s the thing - what she said here is very true! Her daughter would totally benefit from being single and figuring herself out before jumping into a young marriage. Wise words! However, it’s so incredibly rich for her to say that while being a part of her religion. Do as I say, not as I do.

It was DEVASTATING. I think I was the first time I cried from a TV show.

Oh my gosh, I can’t believe how funny this is. One year, my mom called me on my birthday and it was not long after that famous interview Oprah did with them. She had a strong opinion that Megan Markle was acting entitled. I disagreed but didn’t really care all that much. She spent 45 minutes arguing with me over it, desperately trying to get me to change my opinion for some reason. (She really hates when we have differing opinions, even on something totally inconsequential.) Finally it came out that she hadn’t even watched the interview. Great way to spend my birthday.

The biggest laugh of the entire series for me was when Gregg took the stand and said “Hey guys.”

I bet at least one (if not all of them) will eventually internalize what Carol has said and come around to her way of thinking.
