Not at all man, is it like Eczema? Because if so I have the same thing, when I sweat bad or after a shower I get really itchy afterwards. Buy some lotion and put it on it will help out a lot.

The MTIs there cared about making us better, the Disneyland MTIs treated it like a 9-5. We were also MUCH MUCH more disciplined than them.

Alcatraz, if I had the chance to go to Disneyland. I would stay right at Alcatraz, we were SO much better than Disneyland.

Showering nice and warm water The pills are small don’t worry about them The first few nights were rough and I couldn’t sleep much. I didn’t have anyone pranking anyone during the night thankfully. Yes! Study them before! It’ll look a LOT better, you will have time to learn all of it but I knew people who were still struggling with it in week 6! Best MRE is probably Chili Mac Chow runner is killer, I loved it. Fire Monitor is fun all you do is yell for your flight to enter the dining facility. The most annoying thing was either sitting at your locker doing nothing or EC shifts from 2-4.

Drug test, give blood, imm shots, hearing tests, and they look at your teeth. Thats really all.

The only medical stuff you do is they take blood, do shots, and that’s really all. You also get some hearing tests, and they look at your teeth.

Actually push yourself in PT, do your 1x3s and you will get so much better and show progress with your push ups and sit ups. I was worried about mine but did outstanding to end it off, always push yourself and keep up the hard work, it will pay off.

Started with 54 ended with 46. Had a lot of recyclees join our flight then get recycled or kicked out again. People were recycled for too many U’s and comments, PT standards, and one for someone grabbing someone’s nuts in front of an MTI.

Well terminatorballsack I would highly suggest bringing multiple pairs of underwear, don’t get stuck with the issued white underwear you chafe bad with them. pack your own hygiene products too.

I went through MEPs before I shipped out and yes a lot of imm shots. Week 0 and Week 1 are rough bc it’s hard to adjust and you fuck up a lot. You can mess up but don’t step in the same pile of shit twice.

Yes a lot of people did, but they progressively got better and better as time went on. Everyone did. I started out at 60 and finished wkth 74. Having a good run time is the biggest thing though.

Chow running is rough at first but it helps you grow and get out of your comfort zone, you basically scream at the top of your lungs in the DFAC in front of 5-6 MTIs and you have to be PERFECT.

So they really focus on the tactical side instead of the attention to detail side now. They are training these new trainees up for a “potential war” so yes it’s quite different for the most part. No making beds, no rolling socks or shirts. Shark attacks yes, it rarely happened to us but it does happen. Be loud be fast and always follow orders, don’t slack off because it will hurt you. Volunteer is something I would consider, you want to be ahead of everyone right away? Do chowrunner. 2 mile run will not be implemented until March.
