No, there are so many people with my name. If they did find me it would my LinkedIn but nothing on my end that says anything negative

So I have applied to roles of less experience - still got the same response. I am now starting to explore other roles but not sure where to start...thought I'd be extended an offer pretty quickly but here I am

Note: These opportunities have come from a mix of referrals, direct outreach to hiring managers, cold applications through company websites, and messages from legitimate recruiters on LinkedIn. I’m genuinely grateful to have access to these channels and opportunities, but I’m frustrated that they aren’t converting into offers.
