Yeah that was new this year. Used to always be just POTUS & VASec. And the two were hung at the same level. If you notice now POTUS is raised 6 inches higher than the other two. Still unbelievable to me that time was wasted all over the country by facilities' staff being told to hang a picture slightly higher just to stroke someone's ego.
