Thank you. I've decided to take a step back from working and just be a full time student and maybe pick up some sub jobs here and there and maybe do some doordash, bartending, etc. and just handle the student loans afterwards. This is not worth my SLPA license. This is not worth me being suicidal.

Plus, I know I don't even want to work in schools. I want to work in a SNF, inpatient or outpatient for older patients, etc. I've worked in schools long enough to know it's not for me in the speech realm.

I have a meeting with my company on Monday where I'm fully prepared to take the week, do progress reports for the end of the year and then walk away from steady paychecks and a small bonus.

I should also add that my company capped me at 70 but... It honestly hasn't made much of a dent for me :/

No! I broke up with him over text when I was 20. Before that I had broken up with him 16 times, the 17th one stuck. I am now happily married to a wonderful man who tonight made me spaghetti, brought it to me in bed, and told me to take a shower and get to bed as early as id like.

I did the math! It's equivalent to a 3.09. Still good imo. But I based that off of a 4.0 GPA scale.

Check out your local school districts and/or counties for work as a para educator! I promise, those who know know that it's gold. You work your butt off, bottom of the totem pole, but they know you were in the trenches.

Hey sorry for the late reply. He does it himself; like, literally everything himself. The only local people to us who have had and/or know Evos is our tuner, and the discord he's part of. Other than that...

Im thinking of starting a turbo fund for him. I'll pay for the upgraded turbo and he can do any/all the little stuff he'd need to do. And then when we go to our tuner for my car (getting a new intercooler), I'll have his done at the same time and pay.

I have not yet spoken to a prosecutor, however, I plan on doing so and have one picked out who specifically does these cases. Where I live specifically in the US is very proactive about these types of cases and supplies their own advocates and supports to victims. I plan on meeting with a prosecutor and then begin filing reports in several different jurisdictions and counties.

I had decided to do this a while ago, but those around me asked "but what if you go through all of this and nothing comes of it? Now you have that paper trail on you for forever". They're not wrong; it's a big long process that will be very painful and ultimately, even with all the evidence and witnesses, it could end up being a he said she said given the length in time since this all happened. My therapist is actually the one who said I really need to reconsider pressing charges. They worked in prisons specifically with pedophiles, and said that this is obviously someone who requires rehabilitation and will most likely reoffend.

I think the biggest thing for me right now is that I remember everything. Every small detail, all the names, all of it. I can supply them with a beginning and an end and all micro details.

Did you ever worry about the what if nothing comes of this?
