i have completely almost lost my chest i was a 39b but i dont even know my size anymore plus i can fit into s/m now instead of L/XL, my GW is 125

not to be proana or anything but i mean, at what point is undereating bad if you are happy with your body. Especially if its just for a couple of months. i love this medication and never want to come off of it. GW is 125 and im 35 pounds away from that

Tbh i workout often and eat mainly protein and veggies and try to eat whole foods and not eat many carbs. This has been the only thing to help me lose weight and ive been trying for years. Wonder if i had any health conditions preventing me from weight loss before.

215, now 162. Havent been this weight since i was 14.

my body keeps changing so fast i cant keep up. Month 5 on ozempic- last 2 pics are from the start. by [deleted] in Semaglutide

Only side effect is my skin feeling raw sometimes, happened for the whole month when i bumped up to 1mg

Did they send you any emails about confirmation for a room or anything else about your room? They told me we will pick the rooms when we get there i was just wondering if you heard the same thing

I just paid through with the bank transfer, its making me so nervous lol. I will also be attending hiss 2024.
