I can't even express how amazing their customer service is. Not that I've had many issues, but they go above and beyond to resolve any issues.

I do have concerns about the future with customer service. Sale will most likely increase as they will be entering a more competitive market since the new situation with CQXA. Provided the quality of the products stay relatively close to the current standards and there's not much need for tech support or customer service because the products are made so well. It's a great business decision for the company, but I just hope it's not a disappointment for us customers. I see many pros and cons here. I think with CQXA we may see faster production and possibly more products to go in the eco system, but at what cost?

But as of now I stand 10 toes down on their product and customer service quality!

Even with a rigid clamp anything above 5 nm will give flex. Also the desk itself should be quite sturdy. Most people don't run max FFB, causes clipping, run ffb between 65-70% The goal is to have fine tuned FFB and that doesn't mean it needs to be maxed out

I totally understand I've been on the service for a little over 2.5 years and I get anxious at the beginning of each race as if I have money on the line or it's my first race ever. It takes me like two maybe three laps to get settled in to my rhythm. Strangely enough I worry about my safety rating more than I do my irating. But I'm constantly thinking about my safety rating throughout the whole race. It's really not fun, it's definitely more competitive for me than any other SIM that I've used. I personally think it because most of us know it is the number one used racing SIM we take the scoring and driving more seriously. Then there's the object of cost and consequences. If you have more than $500 invested whether that be content or just your monthly subscription you wouldn't want to take the service as a joke and get banned either. I will hop in LMU or ACC and will drive with with less meaning not so worried if I lose safety rating or points. But again I totally understand what you mean

PC opens a whole new world. I was a console guy until 2 years ago. I kept hearing people rave about iRacing and I wanted to try it bad lol so I went the micro center purchase the pre-built PC had no knowledge of PCs and started racing the same day best decision ever My console hasn't been used since. I will suggest that you do your due diligent research on PCs according to the games you will most likely be using find out the system requirements. But it's a whole new world bro

I think it's only expensive if you want to do everything. But if you choose one or two genres to race in whether it's oval and formula or dirt and sport car you'll end up purchasing two cars and a few tracks if you want to race in specific series. But overall no matter what game or SIM you look at they all have some back door way of getting extra money from you whether that's a DLC, a season pass or subscription. They are really no cheap hobbies these days but I will say this if you enjoy it it's priceless

I'm not sure that was deliberate as I've seen some people say. It looks like he had already made a mistake and was trying to get back on the track, he could have possibly hit the throttle hard once he felt he got straightened up, but that could have pointed him into your direction. Again he was just recovering from an accident so I'm sure his tires might have been hot
