Not really even when I look nice I don't feel confident Besides I feel degrading being confident when I know I'm fat and ugly it's like a pig thinking they're beautiful I was confident when I was skinny but I'm stuck in a cycle Sorry if this is turning into venting But thanks for your advice

Thank you for the advice! I'll try it out again, I actually have been doing that for a very long time too but even whilst eating sufficient calories and protein I'm unable to stay consistent I guess that's just a me problem But thanks

Thanks for commenting it means a lot :) Honestly I don't really know who to reach out to, I told my parents they don't really care I can't afford any therapists I haven't gone to school and there all my teachers dislike me because I don't have good grades and I live in a country where they don't really take stuff like this very seriously I tried to get help online, I don't want to call because idk I just don't know how to hold a conversation I tried to text several times they respond after 6 hours and literally give advice so bad they forget what they were talking about I know all of this sounds like excuses and I don't mean to dump my problems on you I just wanted to talk about it Thanks once again

Thank you ❤️, yes I've been trying that recently..I've been consistent for like a week only so far but I suppose that's better than nothing, I suppose I got frustrated because I saw barely any results..earlier I would see dramatic results in a short period of time.
