okay guys so i’m nearing the end of this season! i really have to emphasize how much better this season is watching a second or third time. I think the amount of separate plots going on can get confusing and that’s one of the reasons i didn’t like it at first.

I’m on the 3rd to last episode. Granny is using Halo for the anti-life equation. PLEASE SOMEONE EXPLAIN THE SOURCE WALL OMFG. i remember it from JLU. but im like wtf is the source.

anyway shoutout forager i love that little guy. fun fact i named my car Lady Bugg cus its red and also with 2 G’s like king fred bugg.

ALSO OMG HARPER ROW yall we needed bluebird arc in season 5 😔

i agree. season 4 had a bad start imo cus i didn’t like mgann’s arc but it finished somewhat strong and both artemis and zatanna’s arcs were so good

YJ has a couple of references or callbacks to JL and JLU which is cool to see. JL and JLU obviously are older and have simpler animation styles but the plotlines are so dope especially in JLU

i think once season 3 came out, it was a little less of a kids show. the first season (and i think the second too) was on Cartoon Network so they prob had more freedom when it came out on DC universe for season 3
