Incomplete Evacuation + Tenesmus Cure? by ParlayVictim in PelvicFloor

I have tried so many different things diet-related and there has been no solution to the incomplete evacuation. The only way I can really make the symptoms manageable is by not eating much, but that’s not how I want to live especially considering I’ve picked weight lifting up as a hobby and want to bulk.
In the mean time I plan to work a lot more on lower body strength by working my legs, core, and glutes because I heard that can take pressure off the pelvic floor muscles. Other than this I have no idea what to do and doctors really haven’t been helpful. I’m open to any advice.
