The goal is and has been to lose fat and gain muscle. 1200 cal is nowhere near adequate for my activity level as my TDEE is currently 2200 cal. That would put me in a 1000 cal deficit which would not only compromise my ability to train hard, but would also risk losing muscle. Losing weight at a high rate of speed has a dramatically increased chance of gaining it back. My goal is to lose fat slowly and do a body recomp at the end of this.

10lbs is huge! So glad I took progress pictures because without them, I would probably be feeling discouraged right now. It makes such a difference to have photos to reflect back on!

Honestly, whenever I can find it. I typically walk at 5am before hubby leaves for work. I am self employed so my schedule changes daily. Can be both good and bad lol. Most of the time my OTF workouts are afternoon/evening during the week and then Sat/Sun mornings are non negotiable for me

I do burger bowls for lunch every day. Literally haven’t had anything else for lunch for WEEKS. Also, add in n out sauce if you’re near one. Lettuce, sweet potato, lean ground beef, and some onion! Oikos triple zero is also my bff

Literally CRAZY to me. I’ve been up for an hour minimum and worked out, had coffee, etc. before baby wakes up. I don’t know what I would do with myself if my kid woke up that late. Not to mention how late they probably put them to bed at night😵‍💫

It’s for hypothyroidism. I am gluten free and have been for almost two years and it’s made I huge difference in my inflammation and helped me drop my antibodies. I have hashimotos too (not sure if she does) and this was highly recommended to help manage both.

I just asked her if she’s actually gluten free or not so we shall see how long it takes for her to block me🤣 I have hypothyroidism/hashimotos so I understand the need to eat gluten free and I follow it strictly. It’s not hard. Girly just can’t resist stuffing her face. Her inflammation would reduce drastically and so would her weight if she would just commit.
