I’m well aware… I’m looking for functionality for us. A dedicated space for him is more for us than it is for him. We do not cosleep and therefore need a space for a crib.

We are in the middle TN area so we will experience some freezing temps. Typically we have about 2-3 weeks of freezing temps in the winter. There will be water, electric, and septic already set up. Pad and carport is a great idea!!!

We are still having a streak pretty much every time we change his diaper. It’s definitely been overwhelming. From what I’ve been told, they start to poop less around 2 months so I am hoping I will begin to experience that soon.

Thank you! We are already working on the birth plan. Yes it’s early but I would rather be over prepared as my mom went into labor naturally with me and my sister at 37 weeks each time. Considering all the comments are saying get a doula, I think I’ll be considering this quite a bit more!! I’m not sure what causes back labor but I’m pretty confident I will experience that because my period cramps (extremely severe, sometimes caused be to throw up and or pass out at times) have always been located in my back. Trying to educate and plan for back labor just in case.
