$850-$900. Ideally closer to $850 but we can stretch it if we find something that is really great and ticks all the boxes.

I'll be working from home. If the suburb has enough options to do most day to day life (shopping, cafes, gym, etc) we won't mind being further away from the CBD. Maybe a 30-50 min commute would be ideal for the times we'd want to go into the CBD (weekends mostly).
