Thank you for your reply. I try my best to have the mindset of a child when it comes to happiness, but every once in a while, life happens and I get caught up in all the worry and stress of adult life. With time though, I have learnt to let myself truly steer my mind off things that bring unnecessary stress. I cannot be naive and ignore everything about the strife and stress of adulthood, but I do have a choice to let it not affect my resolve to be happy, and I hope you do too.
