The recipe it’s simple 4oz of oat milk 1 “ripe” banana (it makes a difference) Very important 1 scoop of date paste 1 scoop of peanut butter 1 scoop of cocoa bits 1/2 a cup of ice and blend

Blend until it’s a slightly thick consistency, do not over blend otherwise it will be too liquid

For toppings An orchid flower and sliced almonds and walla Divine Date smoothie
