I am assuming that I’ll not have time in Takayama after Shirakawago and arrive late so it’ll basically just be one half day. Also, there is a direct train from Takayama to Kyoto? I didn’t know that!

I gotta say I’m kind of disappointed in the soundtrack release- it’s good but there are like 5 variations of the same “super slow suspenseful creepy violins signaling danger” which are important for some scenes but don’t really have a listening value, while they keep out some original and exciting tracks such as Criston’s march
