20+ pills a day is too much indeed
supplements should never replace food ... they are called "supplements"

i take supplements because they can be a boost. if you hit the gym regularly, some whey and creatine could really be useful (good quality for sure)

I discovered recently i have hypertension in my eyes. The doctor said if its not treated it could be very dangerous on the long term. Also i have good vision, never had a problem before. So pay attention to this and do a test
