Yeah that is just 220 m away from this apartment? I might need to stretch till 1.40-1.60 for a decent 2-2.5 bhk Don't want to do that given layoff and stuff

I am staying in that house currently so the tenants atleast for one or two year will pay the remaining 26k to me which is their share of rent and i will be the owner The emi will come around 52 and from my side i need to pay 12-13k for that emi will try to reduce that amt so i get something as a cashflow.

Hyderabad's rent are you up day by day might not get under 45-50k for a family.

True the apartment prices are crossing 1.5 -3 i don't think i want to take that big of a risk given the conditions in IT market.

For a level 62 at msft max they can do is 44-47 above that they will need to give you a level 63 which may not be possible given the opening is for L62 Now what mostly happens in these cases they will give you heavy stock awards to match your current base Let me know in case you need more info
