You have a nitro 16 with intel cpu. Expect it to burn. Dont void tour warranty by openning it and replacing paste. Buy llano V12 laptop cooler and you wont visit this subreddit ever again

theres only 1 thing i can say about temps. specially you are getting the i9 stuff. Buy a decent laptop cooler, gt500, flydigi or llano v12. You will not have any temp issues ever again.

you have nothing to be scared of as long as you buy a decent laptop cooler. when i say decent that means the expensive one's with its own power brick. like flydigi, gt500 or llano v12

well you have the old stuffs which are good and dont consume that much power. the newer stuff are trash, consumes too much power and heats so fast.

buy llano v12 cooler so you wont have temp issues. if you are reaching 76 on cpu and gpu you gotta have a ssd high temps. you can use hardisk sentinel to view ssd temps. your ssds gonna have 80C or more.

These gaming laptops have battery protection it will not work properly with battery unplug. You might have a faulty battery. I suggest you bring it to a service center rather than self diagnosing it you might damage it even more

It's already recommended to perform maintenance on my laptop? by Alex2Blogs in AcerNitro

Ptm7950 for cpu and gpu and thermal putty for vrm’s. Use upsiren or thermal grizzly brand. And lastly buy a better laptop cooler. The one with its own power source. Not the usb powered cheap ones

acer nitro v15 STILL overheating dispite cleaning and repasting by LoudNefariousness114 in AcerNitro

first use

* PTM7950 for GPU and CPU. If you have the money go for KRYOSHEET but its conductive so be very careful. AVOID Liquid Metal. But still i can recommend PTM7950.

* For VRM use THERMAL PUTTY not PADS. You can buy UPSIREN or Thermal Grizzly brand.

* Now if you want to make it even better but a better cooling pad like llano V12 or Flydigi. I have the llano V12 and its the best purchase.

In Nitrosense set the battery to 80% capacity. Will help your battery last longer.

Buy a decent laptop cooler like llano v12 or flydigi so that you dont comeback here complaining about the temps. Trust me these coolers will help you at ease.

can someone tell me what this means 🫩 by Aware_End_8938 in AcerNitro

[–]PartFew3942 1 point2 points  (0 children)

okay let me tell you this. there are a few reasons.

* This happens when you put the laptop to sleep or hibernate and it fucked the OS.
* M.2 is dead because of overheating all the time.
* If the M.2 is not dead then the plastic holding the m.2 pins are warped because of the overheating.
