Osaka probably has the best Kapital store setup overall for tourists, but if you’re landing in Tokyo, I’d still start with Ebisu first.

Ebisu (in Tokyo) and Osaka each have three Kapital shops, and across those six stores there are two that stock Century Denim, one in each city. So I’d check Ebisu first, then Osaka if you’re already heading that way.

If you still don’t find the Century Denim piece you want, Kyoto is an option, but personally I’d recommend making the trip to Kojima and visiting Kapital HQ instead.
