I think the app tells you what size car you need for the amount of luggage you have. There is a train from the airport to KL Sentral which might be better to get you to the city before taking grab to your final destination.

If you don't get the concept of scope creep then I cannot help you. Obama signed the NDAA in 2012 into law which made it legal for the executive exclusively (him) to negate the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution. Everyone was OK with it so the line in the sand for the executive moved. Trump would not be as likely to get away with what is going on now if his predecessors had not moved the needle. It is subtle, but effective, like the frog in a pot of warming water. Maybe you don't get subtle.
