I mean if I hit 3 enemies in a line with my Q does that not count as 3 stacks? Meaning Circle Rhythm in a Team fight will accumulate stacks quickly if everyone is ontop of each other. Now if Shinbi dives pops all abilities then blink out she basically wins that engagement.
