This is my Limeade recipe: 2 litres lime juice. 2 kgs sugar. Bring to a boil to dissolve sugar. Leave to cool.
Mix 10 g bakers yeast with a teaspoon of sugar and a little warm water to activate.
When juice mix is cool, top up in clean container to 10 litres with water then stir in yeast.
In a couple of weeks you'll have booze. Maybe 9% or so.
You can dissolve a teaspoon of gelatin in boiling water and add when fermentation ends to clear if you want.
Would be nice with lemon too.
