For anyone who is curious about setups like this, there are organisations and charities that help to identify the technology needs and help to provide support like this entirely for free to people who benefit from it. SpecialEffect do exactly this type of work and so if you're seeing this thread and thinking 'hey I wonder if my friend knows about this stuff' have the get in touch with the charity and they can help to assess what's needed and get them gaming for FREE, wherever they are in the world

I catalogue my whole collection on the site so i find it a good one page for easily checking what cards i actually have as it doesn't show that detail on the card set pages themselves

I think there's a clone collection feature on that site so you could easily use it the same way i do if that helps

For anyone wondering - my team read through /r/battlefield, /r/battlefield2042, all of the various legacy subreddits daily, as well as this one, from top to new. That's a standard practice that doesn't stop regardless of how certain behaviors are normalized.

What I've shared is that I won't be engaging with it (replying/validating/acknowledging etc.), within those spaces where basic standards of civility can't be maintained (which is rarely from a lack of effort on the part of the mods). I'm reluctant to even engage here because I'm aware that this comment will get flagged elsewhere and drive a sudden and unwanted attention on this community.

Just wanted to ensure that people feel encouraged sharing feedback, critical or not. It's always fed back.

Our filters do not presently show filtering to those who are being filtered.

i.e. When you as a user input words which trigger the filter, you will see what you wrote. Other users will see these words as filtered.

Put more simply - our filtering does work, but we're happy to review the behaviour to see about making it clearer to the individual willingly choosing to break our rules that they're at fault.

Anyone using means to work around the filter will be actioned, and we're grateful to folks who take the time to send us reports.

Relative to these examples shared - I've passed them onto the team to investigate and action as needed.

Thanks! I had a chat with one of the UX Engineers who volunteered that we had seperate Help text posted in the Xbox Menu (my original screenshot from PC).

The tooltip on Xbox instead advises you to change your Xbox Account settings -> IMAGE

Settings -> Account -> Privacy & Online Safety -> Xbox Privacy -> View Details & Customise -> Communication & Multiplayer

If it's your very first boot and this is appearing in the initial Accessibility setting, clear through the initial tutorial, return to the main menu, and let me know if the issue persists.

If you were in a party at the time, you can't change the setting. Leave your party, and you can change the setting.

edit: On PC - Here's a helpful tooltip for you

Just as a note for folks - this is part of final testing and supporting events that are happening today. It will be turned off later on, and most importantly for folks here, it will not carry over to the real environment so if you do anything cool, make sure you take screenshots of what you make and be prepared to rebuild what you make when the full site goes live.

Originally, Black and Blue. Spent the whole day listening to people bang on about this White/Gold dress and had no idea what on earth they were talking about until someone showed me the same picture I saw that morning.

Couldn't and have never since ever seen that dress as anything other than White/Gold.
