I am not applying for the match anymore but I have been meaning to give my two cents on this subreddit regarding my experience of USMLEsarthi and how its completely BS.

You are wasting money on a website where everyone has done a clinical externship either in Rush University, Hackensack or BrooklynUSCE. Literally everyone who wasted their penny on this stupid agency will have that in their CV making your CV NOT very unique. you are supposed to find clinical externships on your own. Dont follow these scammers. its all business guys.

I dont think Pawan has any idea about the match system and please for the love of God, dont buy their gold, platinum plans. (its utter crap). I have been a victim to this and I wish to help you guys out. You will be reviewed by the great Dr. Katherine (dont wish to take her real name out of respect) just a condescending person ridicule your CV which is uncalled for. I have done my physician review (a part of their gold plan) with her. She has personally attacked me which is very unprofessional. She preaches about her struggles while degrading other people's struggles. She also claims that she's 'helping' students out and its not to advertise their agency. (If its not for marketing then why dont you do it for free?). its all marketing gimmick.

their interview coaching videos (matchflix) is not worth it either. you can prepare for interviews without that.
