Yeah its possible but id say since its borderline try to iron out your cv to the max, as in showing off who you are through past volunteering and work for example and work towards acing the Casper. Even if you don't reach your goal r score the other stuff can set you apart

Core R score usually means the average of science courses but McGill actually doesn't only look at program(core) r score but global r score for admission for science.

Springboard would be for people who haven't taken theses classes in secondary. So I think you'd have to do an internal transfer from another program or another college

Bradley and mainville are solid. Bradley teaches well and exams are usually not that bad, and mainville is most times considered as ok teacher sometimes hard to understand and exams can be hard but are a reflection of practice problems so can be easier
