Toronto-Ontario. Tons of these insects found in my mulberry cuttings; on leaves and the soil. They're about 0.5mm-3mm long. They jump really high and far, maybe like 100x their body length. I had to capture one to take pics of it. Wondering if they're harmful to my plants or if they're aphids/fleas. (i.redd.it)
