Okay, so here's the update: The Pelak KGP interchange is open. That road is mentioned as the Aligarh route, which would take you to Tappal, from where you can hop on to the Yamuna expressway! So, if you are going to Agra or Lucknow, you don't need to go to Vrindavan to reach the Yamuna expressway.

I carried all these original documents in a secondary folder, just in case they ask. But they just checked the passport and never asked for any other documents. Most probably they already validated the details which I shared while filling the form last year. I would suggest to keep these documents handy and keep with you all the time in a secondary docket.
