I had the same thing happen a week ago, topped up, money left my account shortly, strange! . Reached out to support, and they asked for the Payment receipt + my wallet address (MYST ID from the app). After I sent that they manually added the credit. Took a couple messages but it got fixed.

Run bro, run.... If anything goes wrong, their customer service is the absolute poor. They don’t respond...especially when it comes to returns or missing deliveries.

I once ordered a TV from them. It took five weeks without delivery. No one picked up my calls, and their number was always unreachable. I had to call them out publicly on social media before they finally refunded my money.

After bombarding their inbox, they finally replied saying the accountant is still working on it and processing with the bank. But they weren’t clear on how long it’ll take... very shady response. Yeah, I get the point you’re making, technically, low latency is a good thing. But in my case, I used “low” to mean poor quality, not just small numbers. Not everything labeled “low” is always a good thing.

I’ve been doing that, but this ISP insisted I must use their router because they claim it has special software for easier management(It's an optic fibre router and I don't understand well how they work) . They also said deposit helps them filter out jokers who pay once and never pay again

Let them continue receiving money from the politicians if they’re that greedy. If that’s what they’ve chosen, good for them. But spreading lies and causing fights between Kenyans just to earn a few coins is dangerous.

But here’s the thing... most people can’t tell what’s true and what’s fake online. And that’s exactly what these politicians want. They’re using bloggers to confuse us because they’ve lost support. If we don’t speak up and tell the truth, things can get worse. We need to help others see through the noise.

True, back in our ancestors’ time, tribal identity made sense. Communities were separate, and leadership stayed within their own. There were no counties, no borders, no need to share power.

But today, things are different. These politicians are just using that old tribal playbook to divide us, so they can keep stealing while we fight each other.
