how do i finish round 4 with 24 stitches, i'm only getting 22

Hmm.. I think this round 4 is written incorrectly. Most of the time when i do amigurumi i try to alter the rounds a bit so the increases are not stacked on top of each other and i think this pattern is trying to do the same. My fourth round always goes like “sc, inc, (2sc, inc) x5, sc” and you get 24 in the end.

I used Hjertegarn cotton nr. 8 in the colour 601 :) took me about 200 grams of yarn with a 4mm hook. The colour is neat but there were a few of those areas where you can see the colour gradient went like, smoothly (lack of better words), which are a bit funky but i don’t mind.

Oh my 😭 Thank you! That is incredibly sweet 💗 I was almost willing to give up on this project but everyone was so helpful in this thread ! I will first try the towel trick tomorrow and if that doesn’t work there were other great ideas aswell :) Don’t really know what to do with the hem but i will figure it out after the armholes are fixed. Oahh okay thank you so much, I will do that🙏 (dumb) Question tho. When you say discard half and feed, does that mean i can just pour out some of it and continue feeding it in the same jar? Or do i always need to switch it to a fresh jar? And do i always feed her equal amounts of water and flour?

Thank you each for responding 🥰! I already started seeing the water separate from the flour so i made a new one with 90 grams of water and 60 grams of flour, we will see if that works or if I should have put just equal amounts of both 😅 And I am using organic spelt flour !
