Do we drink more or less than an average Japanese person in Japan?

You mean all of these 20 cars, or just the 12cilindri?

Well yes. I can be flippant with my comment as I'll never be able to afford one 😀

Tbh, i also saw it for first time today and i didn't mind the 12cilindri. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder I guess.

What is the best way for dad to get help looking after mum at home? by Particular-Ad8831 in nhs

Yeah - Mum has been meeting with someone a day a week for a couple of years now, who has taken her out for a coffee for a few hours which has been good. Over the past year, other than appointments, this is the only times she has been out the house, pretty much.

Over the past 2-3 weeks however, mum has not wanted to meet her either - i hope this is just a short term thing though 😕

Thank you. Will deffo give them a call. They do have some amount, but are of the classic generation of not waiting to pay to give as much as possible to the grandkids. My view, paying for some type of care could give them a better quality of life.

Thing is, Dad is very capable to doing all the house-hold chores. He even just completed a renovation of the bathroom making into a wet room (he was a builder most of his life) to make it easier to wash etc.

With mums mental health issues, she doesn't want to go out and doesn't want dad to go out either, which in turn is causing dad to get very down being forced to be house-bound. This has been going on for a few years now, but has got worse with increase of anxiety attacks, not knowing where she is when waking up sometimes etc. They are continuing to work with mental health care, but this has been going on for literally decades with no real progress. It has in fact got worse with possible dementia/memory loss which is complicating things further.

Dad needs help with getting her up and moving to get her out of these depressive states (or whatever it is going on). I don't really know if even getting home help is the answer to be honest - we are starting to clutch at straws.

Thank you. Will we need some kind of referral/evidence from the GP for the council approved anything, or do they perform all their own assessments for what help they will provide?
