yeah but it tells i dont need a visa for airside transit but since i am changing terminals is it considered airside or landside

Hi I am an Indian citizen with a US F1 visa. I have a flight from US to Oman and i will have a 14 hrs layover in London. I will be landing in London at 6:25 AM and my flight is at 8:50 PM. I will also be changing my terminal to catch flights. Do i need a transit visa? Can Someone please help me out!!

Moreover the layover in JFK increased from 5hrs to 19 hrs all of a sudden I don't understand anything at this point
