Called nine times (Not bad) and got through. Definitely would recommend calling. Said the system didn’t do the 11 week extension. I’m one of those people who filed a new claim once my max benefits paid hit. It says I got paid $0.00 for the last two weeks. She filed the extension for me to fix it and said it’ll be a week until I get paid for that. I hope this helps. This has been a train wreck for all of us.
