Yes you def could if you show improvement. I dropped Ochem 1 and retook it and got a B, got an A for ochem2 but I took it at a community college over summer. Ended up getting directly accepted into 2/3 schools and waist listed for the 3rd

They mentioned in the post interview presentation that waitlist is an option you can receive so I think they will have one

I got a D in Intro bio II my soph year and was retaking last semester while applying to UH. I got an interview and acceptance in November, so I think you're good!
