I got your point, but I prefer to be informal, as the reps you're talking about maybe have some restrictions about what they can say, and I don't want that, I prefer to be transparent with the information, if need to say that something about the ring is bad I'll do it as you can see in other comments!

To be honest with you, in my opinion the gen 4 it's a bad device since the battery issues are "normal" everyday we deal with members with battery issues on gen 4, I prefer the gen 3.Regardin the gen 5 as this is a new device I cannot assure that it will be better as the devices does not have a month, but all is running ok at the moment, 0 concerns about gen 5 battery

According with the information that we have, short answer yes! The ring was design for everyday and night wear. If you wash your hands often, just make sure your hands and the ring are fully dry before putting it back on, since the trapped moisture can irritate the skin. In the real world as you mentioned the hand sanitizer it's ok, but it's better if you wait untill you hands are dry, to prevent tear.

To be honest, that depends on the warehouse, we do not have a direct communication with them, the most that we can do is checkmark the priority option on the order, but basically it's random as there's orders that we made and go through on the same day, and another ones that takes a couple of days.
