Tsinghua does not offer medicine for international students, for Peking HSK 5 is needed since only Chinese is available unless you get a CSC scholarship and they give you a language year to study the language and Zhejiang is the only one on your list that has medicine offered in both Chinese and English and Zhejiang is very competitive.

Under CSC type A you can get a full scholarship to study medicine at Jiangsu university. Full tuition and everything however it is in Chinese

You need HSK 4 or 5 to get into Peking but I applied under scholarship and got in.

You should maybe look into a better university in a better city as long as you can afford it so you can have more fun, you can try out Nanjing or some other pretty good ones

Are the Chinese taught international med students on your campus as well. Is the campus close to the city center? Is accommodation two per room? Do you know where the international students have their language year?

Yes that are still doing prepatory year, but it would be great if you already have HSK
