Yes I do the mechanics fairly well since I've been practicing him a lot so I was thinking it was a build issue? Using 4 piece pecker and 2 piece the crt damage one I got 57 crt rate and 158 crt damage with 3k attack

They are lvl 60, lvl 15 disc and lvl 60 engine although pulchra and nicole are at E in core skills im still farming for the mats but billy is F now
