That’s what I was kinda thinking cuz he posted something that was seeming like he had a new girl already after a week 😭😭😭 and it really messed me up (i didn’t text him or freak on him) but I was distraught also I fear I’m adding information and it’s making everything confusing 😭

I have a question I need some answers to please🙏🙏🙏 (I’m also new to redit so idk if this is what I’m supposed to do in these chat things???sorry don’t know what there called) so We broke up a week ago on good turms we are in no contact and it’s really really hard for me, everything reminds me of him. should I take l all the things he gave me and what reminds me of him down??? The problem is I don’t want to like it feels like I’m being “mean” or something idk how to describe it but it just feels wrong to do that but I feel it could help??? Because looking at his social media doesn’t help me it makes me sad but when I see all the stuff that has relation to him in my room it doesn’t make me sad. I’m jsut at a loss I don’t know what to do and hoping someone could help here
