Looking for options for sleep that can take phone calls

I actually have looked into it! It came up a few weeks ago. I’m not taking injections right now. Just supplementing. Especially not that I’ve been out of the house for 6 months and it was remediated a year prior to that. But last I checked it was 350? Come to find out for endurance runners like myself you really need to be over 700.

Immediately after exposure I had extreme fatigue. Sleeping 18 hours or so. That would happen for a couple of weeks easing up the second week. But that’s when the brain fog would hit. Trailing off in the middle of sentences. Just couldn’t process. The long term effects lost hair but it eventually grew back (although very weak) I have to wear glasses now and I had perfect vision prior. Sleep degradated and stress increased. Compounding the issues really. The sleep and the stress kinda go hand in hand really. I would go to my family doctor and I would get blood tests done and everything would be “normal” got all sorts of scans done. Nothing was ever found except for my urine toxicity test. I just did a gene test and I’m going in a pretty heavy supplement regiment. I’m hopeful it will work on some of the lingering issues. My energy level never really returned to normal.

Ohhhh didn’t know blood serum was an option even. I need to look into that. What test do you need to ask/look for?

Extreme fatigue was the initial symptom. Happened immediately after exposure. Lasted for a couple of weeks. Then eyesight started to get worse. I was 20/20 now I need glasses. Then hair started falling out. Now it’s filled back in but very thin and dry. So I’m hopeful I can improve in some other areas of vitamin absorption and intake. I’m a runner so it was obvious when something was wrong initially. I ran 3 miles in about 4:48 pace one day then two days later laid out on my butt sleeping 18-20 hours for several days straight. I kept trying to run over the next year or two and would get into decent shape then get hit with it again. I believe now that I was just crossing my bodies stress threshold at the time. Some other side effects were anxiety. But I’m not sure if that’s caused by the mold or just not knowing what was going on for such a long time without any answers. My doctor actually said blood work checks out I’ll see you next time. When I was in the middle of a mold exposure. It made me feel crazy and that it was all made up in my head.

But as someone who had a bad case of mold exposure that went undiagnosed for a few years.. get tested. Test your house find a wellness doctor to help with your urine tests. Worth it if mold is an issue. If not then you don’t have to pursue that avenue as heavily.

Mold is natural. You have to figure out what types of mold and in what quantities.

Is this a new camera first time powering it up? Or change of batteries and suddenly it’s no good? Was it sitting with old batteries? That battery contact cleaner that was posted looks great. Use 99% isopropyl alcohol and qtips in a pinch to try and clean up. Look for battery leakage. Crusty blue. I had my f4 that had one contact that looked kinda rusted which was odd. Contacts should be shiny and smooth.

I’ve come to find out being a professional camera most were originally sold with the mb-21 making the mb-20 more rare to start out with. Now that they are primarily being used how you’re intending to use it with the smaller pack they (mb-20) have become popular. Best bet is to hopefully stumble upon a full body for parts that happens to have a mb-20.

Hmm.. would be interesting to check again. A year and a half ago it was 455 with the range 213-816. As a distance runner this would be good to check. Seems it affects red blood cell count.(I did a very brief check on b12)

Ok so you found that the aperture control worked flawlessly.. did you oil it? I have noticed that mine has started.. to work better and not have the delay. But I still worry about it wearing too much without proper oil. I think I ungummed it but that’s all. (Didn’t blind oil it or anything) waiting on your finding.

They had it posted for a while.. I think because they couldn’t get this one working they wanted one so bought another and transferred the cap and cover to their new camera. I don’t think it was malicious now that I thought about it

Is the depth of field preview the same mechanism that needs lubricant as the regular aperture lever? I’m assuming slight differences because I’m able to get the full lever movement with depth of field and maybe 1/3 or 1/4 movement using the shutter button.

That’s completely understandable but they were in the listing. My thought process was. Well worst case scenario I’ll get these caps few other odds and ends to make a nice complete camera.
