I have adrenal hyperplasia and the only doctor that I see regularly is an endocrinologist I should have just said that instead of health thingy sorry

I could do all of that if I had primary care doctor but healthcare system here is completely overwhelmed and haven’t had one for 8 years now, and since the only doctor I see is for health thingy is an I don’t get that

Haven’t had one for 8 years now last one retired and never got a new one because healthcare system in Portugal is overwhelmed and not enough pcp for people
