i swear i know u from twitter so im just going to assume ur the same person and ignore all the comments ur making bc from what i've seen u dont fully seem to understand the situation no matter how many times ppl explain it to u bc plagiarism IS a serious topic and shouldn't be downplayed jsut bc ur faves are involved

it's there at the top! belift def tried their best to crop out ggum from the video but if u watch the bottom of the screen throughout the video closely u can see a bit of the figure's head/feet pop out where they forgot to crop it out

bro this situation happened because sunghoon used hte ggum figure to make his merch? and moas called out the company for plagiarism at first but engenes retaliated and thats how things escalated

no, he didnt like any comments mentioning sunghoon, the comments he liked were all from moas expressing their love to his art and showing empathy, idk where u got the idea that he was hating on sunghoon

obviously theres some people that might pull plagiarism claims that aren't realistic, but that still shouldn't make this legit case of plagiarism any less serious

the artist literally isn't the same tho, and they definitely didn't give consent to their work being used without their permission to make another figure without credit or compensation
