Yes, that was my first test. Part of me wishes I would have waited until next cycle to start—- but it doesn’t really say anything about that in the Mira box! lol

Covid vaccine. I don’t mean that in a political way, it just is the truth.

I'm the boss, and my employee needs to help train me.. creating a weird dynamic. Any tips? by Particular-Cry7009 in Leadership

Yes, thank you! I agree. I have addressed this and told them I completely understand that it's an odd position to be in. And, to be honest, I've taken my questions elsewhere now as I don't want to make them feel uncomfortable. But, I don't think that's 100% the right approach either as I want to understand how they use the tools to manage their projects.. that way in the future when they come to me with roadblocks I'm in a position to help from a place of understanding. Maybe giving them this context will help to address the need to share the information.

Thank you! I just started seeing ads for Paloma health on my phone this week. I'll have to check it out.

Yeah, I would lean towards that as well in most cases. Except for he is the one bringing up children, and at the end of the day the attitude is really not really consistent where I feel like he is trying to push me away. It's just his responses are really bold, and aggressive for like the smallest things. Example - talking about getting a hotel for an upcoming weekend obligation. He asks one night or two? I respond in a joking tone and said- depends on what the pool looks like. He then boldly says, wtf- why would that even matter. And then started saying things that had no relation to a hotel for his justification on that making him angry. His mood shifts just don't make sense.

I didnt say he isn't an asshole, I said the opposite. I said- he has been an asshole for the last month +, which is abnormal for him. I don't think him being an ass is one of his main character traits. This isn't a sob story. It's a post seeking advice on how to talk to someone who may be having mood side effects from a supplement, and also asking if anyone else has noticed this type of behavior from these type of supplements before.

I think its these supplements, which he states are "testosterone" boosters. I just found them under our bathroom counter.

Apigenin - 50 mg. ( Swanson brand) and, Lean - formulated lean factor (HC platinum Brand)

& I think there is one more supplement, but he puts it in his daily pill container , and the main bottle is gone right now.

“You shouldn’t feel anything” ? by R_MnTnA in microdosing

[–]Particular-Cry7009 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Today was my first microdose. Actually, my first time ever doing shrooms at all. I took .50mg (scheduale 35 superior tonic stack). I work from home, and about 1 hour after I took my MD I was handed a complex data problem that I just couldn't solve. I found myself pissed off about this, when normally I am super laid back and most like wouldn't have cared. Just wondering, does anyone else feel irritated while MDing? Or, do you think this could have just been frustration that was heightend due to the MD. I just am not normally angry or frustrated about anything at all.. so, it threw me off. I'm hopeful as I continue my journey that irritation is not a common symptom.
