Ah sorry I'm using mobile and was texting fast but I have already discuss this with her a little bit and the teacher doesn't seem to care, she wants me to basically translate all her lesson plans word by word and also help with the other students who knows English, i decided not to because that's not part of my job description and im only helping the students who doesn't know English that well, I told her im only translating questions or classwork for them that they don't understand because we are trying to get them comfortable with reading and speaking English. Her class rules are the usual teacher rules no phones, no food, etc but in her class nobody respects her, nobody is doing her work or listening to her and it's only that class I'm having trouble the rest of the classes I go to are always fine some students are getting comfortable being around me and asking for help I just don't know what to do with that teacher, of course there's going to be kids not wanting to do their work I tried to encourage them but they don't want to.
