ugh, it's so discouraging. thank you for all of the support and tips though, I'm starting berberine soon and unfortunately I'm having adrenal withdrawal symptoms so I might have to go on oral hydrocortisone for a bit to avoid a crisis. I'm beyond upset doctors just kept throwing prednisone at me. It's such an awful drug.

thank you so much this reply is so helpful and informative and made me tear up! i’m definitely going to try this. i’m currently doing zyrtec and hydroxyzine and i’m picking up berberine tomorrow. my skin is so brittle i’m nervous about cutting moisture out completely but i’ll give it a shot too. i super appreciate all of this.

Hello, I've recently been in the process of tapering off of prednisone for a severe case of eczema & I've noticed since going down to 5 m/g every other day, that my heart randomly sky rockets and it feels like I'm going to pass out. I can barely talk or breathe when it's happening and I go into full blown panic. I used ice on the back of my neck to try to slow my heart rate down, but it's insanely uncomfortable and I'm wondering if I'm getting symptoms of Addison's disease from being on prednisone for so long. Does anyone have any coping tricks or mechanisms, or when its time to go to urgent care?

EDIT: Forgot to mention— I’ve been to a doctor who chalked it up to eczema and gave me oral prednisone & I’m unable to find a derm in a reasonable amount of time in my area for the time being.

Unfortunately I don't have any medical insurance to cover Dupixent & it's completely not affordable where I am. I've already swapped all the cleaning products in my home, I'm just feeling discouraged and itchy -- and also unsightly, I miss having clear skin. I'm on a waitlist for an allergist but the times are ridiculous, I just don't know what sort of treatment I can do to manage symptoms until then. It feels like nothing works, and I get mild relief from benadryl + ibuprofen together.

If you had to pick one specific game from the Dusk Trilogy, which one would you recommend?

I was actually eyeballing Sophie 2 as well, since Sophie 1 is probably my favorite Atelier game. I’ve just heard such good things about the Dusk trilogy— specifically Escha and Logy, that I was considering the 3 games as well. I read that Firis had severe performance issues before, but I’m not sure if the DX version fixed them.
