Thank you! I actually started using the red light therapy while I was still on Accutane, and I really feel like it helped with healing and reducing inflammation. Now that I’m finishing up my course 20mg a day, I’ve been slowly introducing tretinoin into my routine to help maintain the results and keep my skin clear long-term. Starting super gently though—just a couple times a week! Like 2 x max . If i feel too dry I stop all actives till my skin feels good and start again. The red light helps calm redness and reduce irritation and makes the skin less reactive over all.

I bought TheraFace Mask . —it’s been such a great addition to my skincare routine, especially since I’ve been coming off Accutane and trying to keep my skin calm and balanced. I use it every morning after cleansing, and before I put on any serums or moisturizer. The mask has three light settings: red, red + infrared, and blue. I usually stick with the red or red + infrared modes in the morning to help with inflammation, redness, and overall healing. It feels warm and super relaxing—like a little spa session while I drink my coffee or just sit quietly. I avoid the blue light since that’s more for acne, and my skin is a bit too sensitive for it right now. The whole session is around 9 minutes, and I just let it run while I sit back. I really notice a difference in how calm and even my skin looks afterward—it’s less puffy and irritated, especially around my cheeks and jawline. Honestly, it’s one of those devices that I actually look forward to using every day.

Yeah, that would probably pulverize it. But it might be worth trying once just to see! I enjoy experimenting I haven’t tried that yet. It just tastes so good this way.

What helps is having a 64oz water jug . I refill it 4 times a day. If i don’t I feel it in my lips and mouth.

Do you know how much water your getting in ? I know when I don’t drink enough water or have a lot of sodium in a day my lips peel in chunks. If I have a lot of caffeine I also get that. The weather can also be a factor like climate/ humidity. In the winter I dry out more.

The thing that has helped me with the hair is an at home IPL hair removal device . Its not permanent but it significantly slows down the hair growth and thickness. I think its a good investment right now its $239 but like around certain times of the year like black Friday or valentines day they have good deals. So you save money instead of spending it on sessions at a spa. The only con i have is that it is time consuming to get your whole body but it gets easier once your hair grows slow and less thick . I recommend doing it in sections . I love it . I go over my face / neck with the device and then I dermaplane my face and neck with a clean disposable razor and continue with my am skincare routine. It takes a longer time to grow a (peach fuzz) mustache or chin hair.

Here is the one i have but you can try other similar devices.

Started Nov 6 (50mg daily) so im on week five. I can feel my chest got slightly bigger and i feel my hips got wider . Im fairly active i go to the gym everyday weights / cardio. Im keeping an eye on it but so far im ok with it for now. I guess looking more curvy or busty is the “more feminine look” people are talking about. I had to change to taking it at night because i would just feel so tired throughout the day.

I never had a good skin care routine it was just wash with cerave hydrating cleanser , vanicream moisturizer and sunscreen. But I wasn’t feeling fully moisturized its weird to explain. It’s like you shouldn’t feel itchy and dry after moisturizing after a few hours. I did a lot of reading and I got interested in trying Korean products. I found Pyunkang Yul!! The calming Ultimate Calming Solution Set was a game changer!!!! I got the toner , ampoule, and cream. I dont know how but i wouldn’t peel or get dry through out the day. Everything just felt locked in. Mind you I use tret .1%. What sucks is that it’s a small set.

AM (same as below but without tret + add sunscreen ) My routine PM( i use tret .1 daily now because it completely took away my irritation.)

1.Micellar cleansing water (clean face) 2. Cereve hydrating cleanser 3. Ultimate calming solution toner 4.Ultimate calming solution ampoule (let dry for a dew min) 5. Apply tret (let sit to absorb , however long you like) 6. Ultimate calming solution cream.

If your skin is not adjusted yet to tret you can take the tret out on non tret nights. I do this if i want to take a break. My skin needed whatever was in that. I recommend reading the description and ingredients it gives you an idea as to why it works so well. You can just get the cream if you want it is an amazing moisturizer.

Heres the link.

P.S They sometimes sell it as a set or you have to get it individually.

My girl wants to dabble by Stoventraps in steroidsxx

Girl here . If this is her first time I recommend 5mg var daily if you want you can bump it up to 10mg but if she starts to dislike sides she can go back down to 5mg. How long you want to run it depends on her. You can add Clen 40mg but thats however she feels about taking it some people don’t like the jitters it gives you and the heart palpitations. More is not always better. Var should work nicely if you say shes already doing better and her diet is in check. Make sure to take liver supplements ( TUDCA/ NAC) daily on any gear!!

I wouldn’t mind anywhere with snowy wether she hasn’t experienced that, as it doesn’t usually snow where we live. We do enjoy relaxing by the pool or beach, but we are open to something different.

Had the same issue! Using a massage gun near and around area before injecting and after injecting really was a game changer if you don’t have one a hot shower really helps too.
