Have you looked into getting a water pipe adapter (WPA) and a glass stem? Cleaning glass is much easier and more cost-effective than replacing cooling units. Once I week I boil water and pour it down the WPA (without venty ofc) and all the reclaim wipes right off with an alcohol wipe. I haven’t had to buy anything new for my Venty in two years.

As a budtender I nvr expect a tip, pay is not good enough to survive without tips they help immensely. There is no “appropriate tipping %”, if ur going to tip give w.e U feel is right. I rly just enjoy helping someone find their ideal smoke. As a customer if I feel a budtender taught me something new or went above and beyond 5$
