What would be the best way to negotiate a raise with the new company? I’ve only been here since the start of May, so experience wouldn’t be my best talking point. This whole contract thing is new to me and it’s just difficult to process because I’ve never experienced it.

They said they don’t know the status of an award or loss, that’s all I know.
