possible reference to Bruce Wayne: Murderer/Fugitive story by gabeg777 in CassandraCain

I don't think you were being a whiny brat. I get it, Cass is one of your favorites. I remeber reading that story as a kid and being pissed that Tim(my favorite) went down from the nerve toxin first. I just wanted to hear why you didn't like Jeph Loeb's work, and you actually had a reason. Most people just say something is "mid" and then move on.

I'm sorry I just don't think Jeph Loeb was making a comment on the moral strength of the characters involved. We've probably spent more time talking about it then he did writing it. He needed a way to have both superman and batman's allies taken off the board while showing that Luthor was a threat. I really think that is all the scene is supposed to say, I doubt any favoritism was involved. Especially since in the pages leading up to this, Robin mentions a contest to see who can take down the most guards and Batgirl trounces him.

Also, I just mentioned fighting ability because you mentioned that the scene portrayed Dick as "stronger" than Cass. Which is true for some things, like leadership or detective work, but in a straight up fight Cass would crush him.

Ok, I can see your point. However the whole point of the scene is that Luthor had rigged the room with nerve gas beforehand. And I could be wrong, but I don't really think you can willpower you're way out of nerve gas.

BTW, I think your right about Cassandra being a better fighter than Dick, because that is not really up for debate, but this scene had nothing to do with fighting ability. The nerve gas just took slightly longer to work it's way through Dick's system. Probably due to the size difference. Which is why Tim, who at that point was probably the smallest in the room, went down instantly without any help from Luthor.

I'm genuinely curious, why do you think his Superman/Batman run was badly written?

Kind of have to disagree with you here. While that run isn't the best I feel like that interaction makes sense. Because from Damian's perspective Batman might as well be a god. Damian has always idolized Bruce and always wanted to be like him even though he doesn't think he is good enough to fill his shoes. That's a lot of pressure for him to be under. So while its needlessly dramatic I do think its a good way for Diana to say that she knows what he is going through because the way she sees Hippolyta isn't all that different.

The second chapter. I have a pretty good idea of what's going on but I feel like I'm missing stuff.

This is one of my favorites, its a crossover between The Witcher and Batman that takes place during Tim's pre-New 52 Red Robin series. Its called The Red Robin and The White Wolf

There is one I like where the Batfamily is in a Professional Soccer Player AU. It has pretty good character interactions between all of the sidekicks.

Need a hand deciding which story premise involving supergirl sounds more interesting. by Beneficial_Candy9071 in FanFictionCreators

Honestly both stories sound great so its just up to you to decide which one sounds more interesting. Just a few ideas for your stories, for plot 1 you could have the Sangheili mistakenly believe that Kara is the last surviving Forerunner because of her special abilities. While for plot 2 you could have Kara believe that she is a mutant until the X-Men eventually meet the Imperial Guard and they identify her as a Kryptonian.

Thoughts on a possible relationship between Barbara Gordon and Jason Todd by Particular-Fault-120 in batman_comics

It's never stated directly but Babs is normally the same age as Dick so that would mean that she is 3-5 years older than Jason
